Approved the Financial Statement quarter 1 of 2010

The board of director ’ meeting of M.C.S.Steel Public Company Limited ( MCS ) No.3/2010 on May 6, 2010 , the resolutions made and to be reported are as followings ;
1.Approved the interim Financial Statement quarter 1 of 2010 ended March 31, 2010 reviewed by the Auditor, detail are as followings ;
1) The company ’ s net profit ( Separate financial statement ) of Q1/2010 was 215.89 million Baht, which increased by 84.51 million Baht or 64.33% compared with the same period of last year. And the net profit which the equity method was 253.50 million Baht , which increased by 117.55 or 86.47% compared with the same period of last year.
2) The company ’ s gross profit of Q1/2010 ( Separate financial statement and the equity method ) was 414.03 million Baht, which increased by 198.18 million Baht or 91.82% compared with the same period of last year .
3) The company ’s sale revenue of Q1/2010 ( Separate financial statement and the equity method ) was 1,063.52 million Baht which decreased by 52.44 million Baht or 4.7% compared with the same period of last year.
