In-house design and engineering capacity can provide basic structural designs and necessary detail design, as well as provide alternative design proposals based on material availability or economic consideration. M.C.S.'s in-house shop drawing and cutting planning capacity can provide all necessary shop drawings for engineering review and all necessary fabrication work. Detail cutting plans can be furnished to provide the most economic material selection and usage. |

Material Stock
As M.C.S. is a 60% export-oriented fabricator, it is essential to provide the necessary materials on time. Except for local available materials, the company imports SN 490B, SN 490C, TMPC 325B, and TMPC 325C materials from Japanese steel mills for stock. M.C.S. uses computers to manage the total material stock exceeding 15,000 tons.

Build-up Beam
MCS has the largest build-up beam capacity in Thailand, with a designated production area of 8,000 square metres, together with a 30-head planter cutting machine, a 6-head CNC cutting machine, 3 auto beam assembly machines, 5 gantry Lincoln tandem submerged welding machines. MCS can handle more than 4,000 tons of build-up beam, at FLG size of 250-1,000, plate thickness up to 60 mm or more and 3,200 mm for maximum depth per month. Each piece of built-up beam will be individually identified, and QC certified before being delivered.

Build-up Column Box
With a designated production area of 4,500 square metres, together with a 6-head, 6m wide cutting span CNC cutting machine, 3 sets of column box assembly machines, 2 sets of gantry auto tandem co2 welding machines, 3 sets of gantry auto tandem SAW corner welding machines, 4 sets of gantry ESW welding machines, and facing machines, MCS can handle up to 6 pieces of column box a day 1,200-1,500 tons per month.
